Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Fraxbot (operated by Fraxbit Digital, contact@fraxbit.com) provides AI voice agents that answer phone calls on behalf of our business customers. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and what rights you have.
Who we are in each situation
- If you call a business that uses Fraxbot — the business is the data controller and we process call data on their behalf (as a processor).
- If you visit fraxbot.com or contact us — Fraxbit Digital is the controller for the data you submit.
Data we process during calls
- Caller phone number (provided by the phone network).
- Call transcripts, generated in real time to run the conversation.
- Details you choose to share (e.g. name, appointment preferences, the reason for your call).
- Call metadata: time, duration, and outcome.
Voice recordings are disabled by default. Every call starts by clearly stating that you are speaking with a virtual assistant.
Data we process on our website
- Contact form submissions: name, business, email, phone, and your message.
- Basic server logs (IP address, requested page) kept for security and troubleshooting.
We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell personal data.
Why we process it (legal bases)
- To deliver the answering service the business you called has requested (contract / legitimate interest).
- To respond when you ask us for a demo or information (consent / pre-contractual steps).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
Sub-processors
To run calls we rely on vetted infrastructure providers: telephony and voice-AI platforms, speech-to-text and language-model providers, and our hosting provider. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. A current list is available on request.
Retention
Call transcripts and lead details are retained for as long as the business customer keeps an active account, or until the business deletes them. Contact form submissions are kept for up to 24 months. Server logs rotate within 30 days.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing. If your data relates to a call with one of our customers, we will forward your request to that business or handle it on their instruction. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP).
