Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These terms govern the use of Fraxbot, the AI voice-agent service operated by Fraxbit Digital ("Fraxbot", "we"). By signing an order or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Fraxbot provides AI voice agents that answer inbound phone calls for your business — typically after hours, during overflow, or as a first line — take booking requests, capture caller details, and log every conversation in a dashboard. The service is provided as a monthly subscription with a one-time setup fee.
2. What we do not promise
- AI agents are very good, but not perfect. We do not guarantee that every call will be handled flawlessly, that every caller intent will be understood, or any specific revenue outcome.
- The agent will escalate or take a message when it cannot help. You remain responsible for following up on messages and booking requests.
- Telephony, speech, and AI infrastructure are provided by third parties; short outages outside our control can occur. We target 99% monthly availability of the answering service.
3. Plans, minutes and overage
- Each plan includes a monthly volume of call minutes, stated on the pricing page and in your order.
- Minutes above the included volume are billed as overage at the per-minute rate of your plan.
- Current usage is always visible in your dashboard. We flag it when you approach your limit.
- Unused minutes do not roll over.
4. Billing and cancellation
- The setup fee is due before go-live and is non-refundable once configuration work has started.
- Subscriptions bill monthly in advance; overage bills in arrears.
- No long-term lock-in: you can cancel with 30 days' notice, effective at the end of the paid period.
- Pilot arrangements follow the specific terms agreed in writing for the pilot.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information (services, prices, hours) — the agent answers with what you give it.
- Inform your callers as required by local law; the agent always discloses that it is a virtual assistant.
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing purposes, or for emergency call handling.
- Keep your account credentials confidential.
6. Data
We process call data on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement and handle personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data and can request export or deletion at any time.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits or missed bookings.
8. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes go to the competent courts in Romania.
